We were looking for a good spot on Christmas Eve and my mom stumbled upon this one. She loved that it was in a hotel because she knew it would be great photos, and she was right. We snagged some adorable ones next to all the holiday decor and trees! The restaurant itself is very modern, I think we expected fancy but it was a mix. Definitely some people in casual and some dressed up. There were only two servers which was expected on Christmas Eve, and we thought they did fantastic. We had Greg who was attentive the whole night! Very friendly and easy to talk to. The cocktails were unique and delicious. We split the charcuterie on the table and it had some really great cheeses. The pickles were fantastic. We also got beet salads which I loved because they had CHUNKS of beets! I got the chicken and my husband got the lamb. Both were so tender and flavorful. So good. The star of the show was the s'mores parfait that they even lit on fire in front of us! So amazing! This isn't a come in for dinner and you're out in 45 minutes. It's a slow and enjoyable dinner. But highly recommend.

If you're staying at the Chase, live nearby, or are going to a matinee at the movie theatre, this is a decent option for brunch. The prices are reasonable considering the area. Service was attentive while also letting us sit and visit. I had the Eggs Benedict, which I thought was tasty. Their hours are limited, so make sure you check the time before you try to stop by.

I loved the shrimp Francese dish it was excellent as well as the unique crab cake. The breakfast was amazing. My egg, sausage, arugula and cheese on a crossiant was so delicious. It came with a huge portion of the most delicious fried potatoes. I had the pancakes too and they were very good. Oh, I did not like the s'mores dessert or the crème brûlée. They both were pretty awful. My review is for the food and not desserts!! We received good service from all staff members inside of the restaurant. However they have a woman sitting outside the restaurant to seat you. She Was unprofessional, indifferent and rude each and every time we walked into the restaurant or asked a question. She should not be working at an upscale restaurant.

Came for Easter brunch with the family and loved it! We normally are at a different hotel for our annual Easter brunch but this year I booked too late and found space at The Preston and was absolutely blown away! They have amazing appetizers including tuna tartare, they had an oyster bar, everyone gets an a la carte main, the dessert tables are to die for and the mimosas are bottomless! Would definitely come back next year- price for the Easter Brunch was more than reasonable!

The Preston is inside The Chase Hotel. They have a full bar and a welcoming staff. The food does not disappoint!! The secret star of my cheddar, spinach and mushroom omelette were the potatoes!! The flavor of these potatoes was a meal maker!!

Perfect for a fancy date night. You will spend over $100 for 2 people, but it's all worth it. The service is exceptional. The plating is exquisite. The food is divine! Located inside the Chase Park Plaza in the Central West End. Valet parking is free for guests of the restaurant. The hostess will validate your parking. Here's everything we ordered: Pretzel Croissants with peach bourbon jam & house made chive cream cheese Deconstructed Lobster Salad with greens grown on site, huge portions of lobster meat + claw, St. Andre cheese, dried apricots, topped with a curry vinaigrette. Jumbo Scallops (4 to an order) with Peruvian potatoes, Jerusalem artichokes, topped with salmon roe House Dry Aged Strip au Poivre with peekytoe crab (the CRAB!) Dessert: Crème Brülée with a passion fruit gel, Madeline cookies, Grand Marnier soaked strawberries, and freeze-dried strawberry crumbles Peanut Butter Accompaniment with layers of chocolate and peanut butter mousse, topped with chocolate pieces and peanut brittle The Bixby (Limoncello + Hendrix) named after the owner of a mansion on the land that is now the Chase. The Steeple Chase (Vodka+ Crème de Cassis) named after the area in the Chase where you'd park your horse while you checked into the hotel.
